Cashing S-ranks

So i told my buddy i would go cash a permanent s-rank. But then he told me it would be a "perfect" unit.

Im guessing that means i wont be able to overcustom it?? It'd be cool if someone could clear me up on things.

you can overcustom it its just that instead of having 3 stat it only has 2 so i really recommend to just mix it rather than buying cute

So im guessing you can use the S rank to make an SS,

Can you cash an A as well?

ya u can use s rank to make ss rank
