I want to ask a question about the PC<< What is it? and how to get it

And I saw from http://gundam.netmarble.net/ that it has an auction on the website, how can I auction?

The "PC" tag people have? I think that's something you get if you play at an internet cafe....I think.

PC tag is for people who play at authorized net cafes in kr. Same system implemented in tw too.
