Not in TW. SO instead for G, you can buy the mix plan straight up with M and cap with M coins.

cuz everything you can buy with G, you can buy with M in TW. Only thing u probably can't spend M on is A rank mix plans.

Round about way:
Buy 45 Coins (at least)
Roll for all the units you want.
junk everything you don't want.
45 x 400 = 18,000
You'll be at, or just under, your Impulse of choice, and an AR or 3 to boot.
