So uhh how do these things work? I know that you can use them on your unit to get exp, but how does charing it work do you take exp from your other units or what?

You have a bar at the bottom of your screen that is used for the exp required. (Mine says 18000/18000) If the experience pack is empty, you use the amount that is required (200 exp/ 1000 exp). If its a "Full" EXP pack, then its basically free exp.
Once you use an exp pack it disappears. So you can't "share" it.

Oh nice so when you use up all that exp do you basically play more and gain exp and it fills up again?

Just something extra, if you wish to refill your exp bar fast, just play any pvp or mission using ms which its exp bar fully fill up. Then all the exp gain each round of pvp or mission will all go to the exp bar (the one exp pack used). Normal you will only gain 10+, 20+ exp per game only.
