should i go full atk, c hp oc def, c hp oc atk , full def?

train it c1 then create raiser

No I don't want to create raiser. I just want to know what best for his stats. Do you even know when 00 raiser plan out in g?

OO m plan should be out in this december update if its following the schedule, so g plan will be on the following month if nothing get wrong.

For your stats points, if you think you are good in evading attacks, good in your aiming, you can even ignore hp and dump all 12 points into attack. If you do check up on oo skills, you will notice it get attack up boost in both skill, a total of 6 attack up if both skill kick in. So even if you go hp full defense, its attack also wont actually be bad.

So just scale according to your own play style.

i read somewhere that attack up skill increase attack by 4.5

Each skill add 3 attack respectively. So a total of 6 attack up when your hp at 50% with enough sp to active both skills. The only attack buff skill that add 4.5 attack is assault command, the 1 with a red triangle icon, or other combination of custom skill, but definitely not this twin drive system. Twin drive add 100% booster duration, 4.5 agility and 3 attack.

00 is providence tier

It's good for Raiser mixplan, period

In fact, my Providence, on base stats, took out a fifth of a 00's HP in mode two from the side under the shield.
