About "Special" stat of MS

What i read from the official website is, if we add our stat point on the "special" stat of MS , the MS's special (ultimate) skill damage will increase ... Is that only effect for "special" stat? Is this possible : More higher "special" stat of MS , it will collect more SP and more easily reach Max of SP?

It means just like how you just said it.
By increasing the Special stat, your damage of your special(button4) will be stronger.
There are 2 ways to build up specmeter faster.
1. If the suit has the 'potential' skill activated,
spec meter increases faster with damage dealt on enemy.
2. The damage you deal will reflect the amount that you will gain.
what do I mean by this?
The lower damage you deal, the less your spec meter will increase.
So the key is to deal high amounts of damage to build the spec meter.

you mean we only can increase the specmeter amount by only that 2 ways? Special stat won't help it?

Spec stat only increases the damage.
That's all it does.
But if you wanna increase the spec meter of hitting max,
you will need to have more accurate shots.
and remember, the more damage you deal, the more spec
meter you will gain.

T_T .... Because my MS quebeley (B) not easy to collect sp meter ... think something which can help to it ... Thanks for your info ... =)

from my personal experience, I say qubeley is NOT a competitve suit.
its too open for attacks and if your team gets rushed..it's as if the enemy team is 4v3(as in them 4 and you 3).
Qubeley's only option is to turtle and only shines by turtling and range spec.
Furthermore, spec is not easily gained for qubeley.
I also left out something.
The more damage you take, the more spec meter you will gain.
So taking damage IS your fastest way to gain spec, but it's totally not worth doing.
