No you are not, you are boosting too far outwards which makes you have to do a slight boost forward to get your 2nd round of hits in which leaves you an opening. If you've got time add me on msn thiscoolemailaddressismaxedout@gmail.com and I can teach you to MCA via my livestream or in game.

nope, ur doing it wrong. Gives too much time for ur enemy to counter. You got a habit of melee, go out, then back in. You should just stay in the whole time when you circle. Cuz moving out then back in... way to much time.
see a difference?

MCA'ing is the most redicilous thing I've ever encountered. It's easy to counter, most who use it aren't very good, and it's just redicilous. But that's just my opinion.

if you know how to use it properly its no joke. I have already dodged specials with it and my opponent was then wide open for a melee combo from behind. it can also be used for dealing fast damage to a large group and getting away, whereas without it, you would have been destroyed.

I'm not sure if this is right but MCA isn't it used to like cancel out the 0.5 sec delay from a melee slash by using the action of drawing out a beam rifle or something? This way it allows swifter movement with less delay? Is that right??

yes thats right it's also used to get around behind some one or do dodge a melee special, which is my biggest use for it, ever since i got it down i've been eating a lot less melee and beam specials still hard as hell to dodge AOE's though

It's more of a hit and run technique used to destroy or damage everyone in a short while of time while sustaining less damage than you would take if you don't use MCA, and you might get spec'd.

mca is called Movement Canceling Acceleration. Essentially is the switching of weapon then boost away. That is MCA. Anything else u do, like going around enemy or escape is what you can use mca for, not what mca is. Just to be clear...
