Patch freezes at config.xml

I haven't played in a while and wanted to start up again, but the patch always freezes when it hits config.xml does anyone know why?

updating it on a windows7 comp if that helps

ah, u next time, run the GUpdate_TAIWAN.exe as admin. right click, properties and there's a box.

i tried running it as admin but it still freezes o_o

it replaces the config.xml during the patching procress making it down to 0kbs and the patch freezes

i'll try installing it again on my xp computer later
