Unable to gift mixing plans. (kr)

So im trying to gift a 15 k mixing plan onto my cousins account

but nothing seems to work



then i get this message



then nothing really happens

can anyone help me out with this?

uh... top line is empty, u need to fill in his in game name...

actually... i blocked it out in paint, so you wont see it....

but it IS filled fyi

ah, then its probably rank. if ur rank is lower than his, u can't gift him stuff. back then u only need to be 2V to sent to anyone, but they might have changed it.
