Victory Dash C/OC help

I wanna have a Victory dash that can tank at its maximum.
Ive got 2 options:

C HP : OC DEF
or
C DEF : OC DEF

which would be a batter choice? thanks

im not sure how it goes, but u could go all hp as well. units with fortress take defense penalty.

if u do c3 hp and oc def thats pretty good, protect yourself against specs

i would go neither. All atk man, cuz that extra def ain't gonna save you against heavy hitting scissors anyways.

since it had fortress, i was thinking maybe adding def would be good.. but ummm

for OC attack, would adding C points to agility help reduce the delay for firing?

it will help, but is it worth it... i wouldn't say so. reload up and pour on the attack

the best defense is a good offense. Kill them before they reach u so you don't have to defend. lol

btw what i meant by 'delay' is that victory buster's beams have a little charge up before it fires, so i was wondering wether agility you decrease that delay
