| I read somewhere that if you cap at times when there aren't a lot of people online you'll get what you clicked? Or was that for dreamcap? | |

| It's completely up to chance. People say they cap when there isn't that many people is because other players won't take their caps.
I.e: I'm rolling capsule 1. I get Ginn in my 1st cap, strike dagger in my 2nd and 105 dagger in my 3rd. But if other people are capping it, then my first cap might be Ginn, then my 2nd cap could be 105 dagger instead of strike dagger since that person took what was for me in the first place.
On the other hand, it could also work the other way; other people are capping all the crap and you just so happen to cap the grand prize in one roll.
The bottom line is that it is all up to chance/luck.

i rolled NTD twice when I roll in those nearly empty hours on weekdays. I seem to have better luck with normal caps with mostly empty servers. Also, you probably got NT-D by spending $XXX

| Is the population cumulative of all the channels combined or just the channel you are currently in? | |
