| Just got my Altron EW, and I'm wondering how I should play, since I am completely unfamiliar with the suit. Any tips/advice? | |

| A strategy I see most people use is to keep your distance, and use your grapple claw to grab unsuspecting players. If a player KNOWS your gonna grab them, they can usually counter you. | |

| Well, yea, it's sorta the point of Nataku. I was talking more about OCing, general gameplay and streategies. Survival, pros and cons of the suit, etc. | |

That IS general gameplay. I answered the question you asked to the best of my ability. If you wanted more information, you should have added that. I gave you an idea on how to fight using it. No need to throw it back in my face. I'm TRYING TO HELP. PROS: It has Veteran Infighter and Fortress, so its pretty durable. You could choose to do the usual "C agi, OC atk" or you could play it defensivley and add points to HP. Its very good in melee and easy to combo with. CONS: The suit virtually has no range- the claw has a relatively long reload and it can be countered if one is careful- Large Suits and mobile armors are immune to its pull (but not its slow effect). General Gameplay: I answered that, but it wasn't what you wanted, apparently. Survival: It has Veteran infighter and Fortress... it can take hits and dodge like a pro. Know when to hold em' and when to fold em'. I guess that's pretty obvious. Strategies: find a rock specialist. I'm more of a "ranged" kinda guy, sorry.

| sorry man 0~0` i guess i'll go with spd/atk, since natakus pretty powerful to begin with. the claw arm though looks pretty stiff. like some large missiles and not very curvey i guess thanks, btw | |

| Get some HP on that thing because through my experience of playing Nataku, you will be eating a dam lot of special attacks especially when you grab someone with the claw.
*edit* You can also basically 1 combo kill any scissor unit if you chain your attacks correctly and score enough crits as his wep 3 does not count towards the knock down counter so you can chain your weapon 3 with 5 melee attacks.

| hp def. u don't really need extra the atk for this beast. so having the extra def to survive more beams and machine guns would be better personally. u havent seen anything yet... that claw curves very well... and i remember that w3 DOES count towards the knockdown count. gameplay with it huh? keep outta sight and hook those that u think doesnt know u're there and melee away. if aimed opponent knows u're there, hook and mca til his sp misses before dishing out the dmg once u're abilities are up, u can be a little more reckless and rush enemies. just my 2 cents on the matter | |

I dont lol... Just learn all rock techniques so you can play offensive nataku.. Claw is self explanatory.

| Also depending on what your team is composed of you can try different tactics. One method I use alot is to reel in an enemy into your team , then boost them down and leave the shooting to your team mates. | |

| The claw is homing, and I've observed an instance in which I shot it at a DSH with jammer, and the claw homed itself. I'm assuming that it's like a missile. This thing is fun, btw. Really fun. And @ GNAllen, I 1-combo killed E-Type too. It's not just scissors.
EDIT: 4800 exp for first skill QQ

Pretty typical for an S rank I'm afraid. The second skill is 6400. SS ranks have to get 6000 and 8000 respectively. Such is the cost of power...

| nataku is for ppl like me who can't play rocks... lol... Rather than engaging I just pull somebody and my team goes finishing em off. And yes, the claw is homing missile property but it also means that it can be dodged and shot down just the same. U ever try to pull a HWS that got his funnel up? yea... not gonna happen. | |

EDIT: 4800 exp for first skill QQ Then thats gotta be one stupid Type E who doesn't know how to use his shield lol Then anyway back on topic, He's great for a team fight and that paper defence helps you take all those long range beams and not get knocked down, and fortress does give you great survivability. So just adapt your playing method depending on what your team is composed of so that you can deal with any situation then you should be fine.
