Isnt that obvious enough? Use to raise your custom point to the max for each rank. For eg if you draw an A rank through machine which is just c2, you can use 60 pieces of these custom points extenders to make it a c3 unit.

S, A, B rank max c3 like normal, where C is c4.

u need OC 1 first before u can upgrade it and just like sniperwolf said, custom 3 is the max, except for c, they can be custom 4
