Cant login into KR between 12:01 AM-5:59 AM KR TIME?

So, this really didnt bug me, but I want to know if Yanli can fix this ( I tried once, something about a parent KSSN), so I can play during my morning.

This is something which you should discuss with this yanli dude himself in private through mail, as asking here most likely wont bring you any result. This is a law which already enforce quite awhile in kr, where kids below 16 or 18 will had limitation on cash purchasing as well as gaming time.
