Looking through the wiki, ive noticed that before you can make Nu gundam, You need to make Re-GZ BWS, whos mixing plans you can only obtain through a quest. (Where apparently you need to be a tripple 'V' rank to unlock it)
But today i just saw a V rank with a 3 slot Nu gundam... how is that possible?

The person could have gotten it from past online caps with Nu or BWS.

Most likely scenario, is that Netmarble released some S rank packages for a limited time and Nu was in one of them. There are no capsules that give S or BS ranks at current. The only way you can acquire S ranks aside from planning them, is via purchasing them. Usually for 19.8k cash for a 3 slotted one, or 12.8k cash for a 2 slotted one.

I remember that KR event. For players that haven't played SDGO for a year, netmarble give all of em a free Nu. You have to also consider the possibility that this person got his Nu from cash shop? There's an option to convert M to G and rest, well, he coulda used exp packs or just mission grind.
